R N Baker Switchboards is a privately owned company based in Dubbo and Cardiff. First established in 1955, our business started off as a small operation and has now grown to be one of the most trusted switchboard designers and manufacturers. We work with clients from all over Australia in the commercial, industrial, mining and utility sectors.

Here at R N Baker Switchboards, we are fortunate to be able to continue the work of two industry icons: Ron Baker and Bill Manusu. Our founders started a legacy of exceptional customer service and product knowledge, which is a foundation we are proud to uphold.
